1: Box shape
When the carton is made, some users like to make it into various strange shapes. Compared with the square shape, the strength of this type of carton will decrease. Under normal circumstances, the position where the support strength of the carton is greater is in the box. The four corners of the body and the sides immediately adjacent to the corners can withstand a large amount of external thrust.
On the other hand, the longer the perimeter and the higher the height of the carton, the lower the hardness of the carton.
2: Hole size
When the carton is printed, it will need to be perforated on one side. When printing, it will reduce the strength of the carton itself, and the larger the size of the opening, the lower the strength. When opening the hole, try to stay away from the bottom surface close to the corner. If there are no special requirements, the size of the opening should be controlled as small as possible.
3: Corrugated waveform
The strength of the corrugated carton has a certain relationship with the top and bottom tops of the corrugated and the shape of its connection. The U-shaped corrugated is arc-shaped, with good cushioning and elasticity, and it is not easy to break. It is a triangle, relatively speaking, its intensity is relatively low.
4: Concentration of pulp
When the carton is being produced, if the pulp concentration is low and too much wetting additive is added, the comprehensive strength of the carton will decrease after the processing is completed. During the production, the concentration of the pulp should be strictly controlled. a prerequisite for quality.
