How to protect the carton in wet weather?
There are still many cartons in our lives now, and almost all large and small packages need to use our cartons. The paper used in the carton is very sensitive to air humidity, and it is easy to absorb and lose moisture, resulting in ruffles, tight edges, wrinkles and other phenomena, thus affecting the accuracy of overprinting. 1. The storage of paper should be in a clean and dry environment, and cannot be stacked against the wall.
2. Under the conditions, the relative humidity of the warehouse and workshop should be maintained between 50% and 65% as much as possible.
3. Humidity detection should be carried out outside the warehouse. When the humidity inside the warehouse is more than 15 degrees higher than the humidity outside the warehouse, the ventilation windows and ventilation slots should be opened in time for ventilation and ventilation. Otherwise, the warehouse should be tightly closed.
4. Warehouses with exhaust fans should keep the fans turned on; for small warehouses, powerful fans can be turned on to enhance air convection in the warehouse and reduce condensation of water droplets.
5. Since the water vapor in the air encounters tiny particles, it is easy to condense into water droplets, so use dry rags and dry mops to clean the warehouse, keep the goods and the ground clean, and reduce the formation of surface water droplets.
6. Lime is an adsorbent, 1 kg of quicklime can absorb about 0.3 kg of moisture in the air; it can be wrapped in cloth or sack and placed in various places in the warehouse to keep the indoor air dry.
7. The stacking of cartons should not be too dense, and should be as loose as possible. If it is too dense, the air convection will be severely limited, and the humid air will accumulate for a long time and will easily produce mildew.
8. It is not possible to cover with film to waterproof beads, because because it cannot be completely sealed, there will still be a lot of water vapor under the film. After forming water droplets, it is difficult to evaporate due to being covered by the film, and mold is very easy to appear.
