1. Check whether the layout of the printed matter is reasonable.
2. After eliminating the film problem, check whether there is a problem with the ink circuit system. We can use a very simple method to check the ink circuit system. First, we use car wash water (add water) to completely clean the ink circuit. After parking, we should Check whether there are white crystalline particles in the ink path. If there is such a substance, the discoloration may be the partial discoloration of the printed matter caused by the accumulation of crystalline substances in the ink. This discoloration is often more manifested in the product Some color casts.
3. After doing this, you can try printing. It is best to choose a better coated paper for trial printing to prevent paper problems from affecting us. If there is already a discoloration of the printed matter, don't start to make a conclusion about the problem of the printing press itself.
4. Check the condition of the paper under the paper, including the adjustment of the paper wind, the flatness of the paper in front of the gauge, the cooperation between the paper and the pressing sheet, the operation of the paper conveyor, and so on. After there is no problem with the ink circuit system, we check the condition of the water circuit, adjust the pressure between the plate-dependent water roller, metering roller, water bucket roller, and water channeling roller, especially adjust the pressure of the intermediate roller. Under certain conditions, it is best not to use the intermediate water roller during the printing process.
5. After all these are done, the heat still does not deal with the discoloration problem, so you may have to consider the problem of the teeth. To clean the tooth pads, it is best to remove the spring for cleaning. Some manufacturers only know how to clean the tooth pads. I don't know that cleaning the teeth is actually wrong.
